Overview of the Forum
Under the gracious patronage of His Highness Sheikh / Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, may God protect him, the Sharjah Judicial Department, in cooperation with the UAE Lawyers and Legal Association, is organizing the Justice Forum, emphasizing the importance of integrating efforts between judicial and legal entities to uphold the principles of justice, reinforce the rule of law, and promote legal awareness among members of society.
The forum aims to provide a specialized dialogue platform that brings together a select group of judges, lawyers, experts, and specialists to present and discuss best legal and judicial practices, and to explore the future of the justice sector in line with legislative and procedural developments, thereby supporting expedited justice and enhancing the efficiency of the legal system.
The Justice Forum will be held on 22–23 October 2026 in the Emirate of Sharjah, at Expo Sharjah, featuring a series of panel discussions, legal forums, and specialized workshops that enrich legal content and promote the exchange of expertise.
This event is considered one of the annual initiatives aimed at strengthening institutional cooperation between judicial and legal entities and expanding partnerships at both the local and regional levels, contributing to the continued development of the legal system.
Message from the Organizing Entities
The Department values this fruitful cooperation with the UAE Lawyers and Legal Association, which reflects the integration of roles between judicial and professional entities, and contributes to strengthening the exchange of expertise and showcasing best legal and judicial practices at both the local and regional levels.
Through its participation in organizing this forum, the Department is also keen to support initiatives that promote legal awareness, develop competencies, and build effective partnerships that contribute to achieving swift justice and reinforcing the principles of transparency and the rule of law.
The Association takes pride in its partnership with the Sharjah Judicial Department in organizing this distinguished event, which serves as a scientific and professional platform for exchanging expertise, discussing the latest legal and judicial developments, and exploring the future of the justice sector in light of rapid legislative and technological changes.
Through this forum, the Association also seeks to strengthen the role of lawyers as key partners in achieving justice, support initiatives that contribute to the development of the legal environment, and promote a culture of law within society.
